We want you to love every piece of Paire you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached, and securely seal the box before affixing the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
